The Snake Fist Karate seminars are designed for active students of Snake Fist Karate. Please note: if you are not a student of the Snake Fist Karate martial art, this course is not for you.

In this seminar, we learn 4 new Kata based on the moves for each belt from beginner to 1st Dan black belt. Plus, we learn the applications of each Kata.

Course contains 1 video and 1 manual for reference. We recommend printing off the manual and using it whilst training.
